Help elderly people and counselling to recover from the trauma and shock of COVID 19
Redington Foundation to provide support to the elderly and to meet them at their point of need. We would also like to help those who fought back corona virus through counselling and to motivate them to break free from the trauma they go through. Ensuring that they do not once again fall into the dreaded trap of the virus. Consoling them for emotional comfort and taking efforts through trained counselors to get them relieved from the stress.

Goals and Outcomes (Quantitative and Qualitative):
The objectives and purpose of this proposal is to provide support to the needy elderly people with basic requirement, provide counselling to the recovered patients and also to educate the patients to protect themselves from getting infected again which is practically possible and feasible.
Outcome:
Immediate requirement of the needy elderly people is met, break free from the trauma after recovery and to educate to protect themselves from getting infected again.
Beneficiaries
Foundation will support 1800 people who are needy elderly people and recovered patients through counselling
Impact:
The elderly people are one segment of the society who needs immediate attention as they are vulnerable to this dreadful corona virus.
The post recovery period for the people recovered from this viral attack needs attention. They may be going through a psychological trauma due to the sickness. The Foundation will cater to the needy elderly people at this critical juncture will help to protect their lives Counselling the recovered through trained counsellors to counsel them and also to educate them to prevent themselves from getting infected again.

RF support to Differently abled children
Foundation for CSR @ Redington has been undertaking yeoman services on caring and helping children / younger students with special needs belonging to the financially challenged families.
Redington Foundation has been having a long association with various institutions such as Amar Seva Sangam, RASA Foundation, Gandhi Gram – Avvai Ashram and endeavors to render socially beneficial activities by way of utilizing the expertise of these institutions dedicated to the welfare of under privileged community in rural India – Tamilnadu and Northern parts of country.
Recently, our Foundation also enabled participation of such associates in our annual carnival as part of employee engagement programme. It showcased the products curated and prepared by children belonging to special schools associated with Foundation.
Redington Foundation has been continuing its services in this area of social welfare and extending help to around 1000 beneficiaries across Tamilnadu and Delhi.
Providing Health products, grocery kits & sanitary items to the families of specially abled children who are associated with us across Tamilnadu and in Delhi.
Food materials to be distributed to the welfare of specially abled children and their families across Tamilnadu and Delhi (to our long standing associates who have rendering dedicated service). Overall approach would be the involved support by the team to the children/youth with special needs and their families with whom we have associated.
This noble drive is to make the future generation of India healthier and help them with essential food provisions at this juncture of alleviating COVID 19 troubles.

The objectives and purpose of these proposals at this juncture is to take part in extending our humble aid practically possible and feasible to the society.
Beneficiaries:
Foundation will support 100 special children through IRCDS officials for their implementation and through our project initiative 1000 special children in Tamilnadu & Delhi.
Impact:
It is one of the rare occasion which must not get repeated and God Forbid. This imbroglio dawned on the country as a whole like suddenly something and now staring literally at the face of every citizen of the country, rather the World as a whole.A rare among rarest unfortunate event of this era.
Serving the most needy society at this critical juncture and sufferings faced by the marginalized population of the country and keep these special children protected from the pandemic outbreak.
