The solar energy industry is experiencing rapid growth, thereby creating numerous job opportunities. Training students in solar power plant design opens doors to careers in solar installation, maintenance, project management and research and development, contributing to economic growth and job creation. In 2023 under Skill Development initiative, we have initiated Solar Training program training to enable the unemployed youth to have wider access to job opportunities in the Solar industry. Promote the adoption and utilization of sustainable energy technology for the adaptation and mitigation of climate changes. In the first phase Redington foundation provided training at 2 locations in Karnataka and Maharashtra, under this we have trained 50 unemployedyouths through Solar skill training through Skill Council for Green Jobs (SCGJ).
