Developing new skills can lead to better job opportunities and career growth, while regular skill updates ensure that individuals remain relevant. Employers also value individuals who can contribute diverse talents to their organizations. Redington Foundation through AISECT, provided advanced Information Technology enabled services and skill training to unemployed youth.
This IT&ITES training, which was focused to train & impart on employability skills for unemployed youth and facilitate placement opportunities. We have trained 690 unemployed youths through this project in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Tumkur, Indore, Pune, Chennai, Salem and Puducherry.
